What you sign up for.
- Eligibility
You have to be 18 or have a guardian co-sign. Anka Music Group (AMG) is built for adults handling adult money, royalties, contracts, payouts. We can't responsibly run an account for a minor without an adult on the paperwork.
- Your account
One account per person or legal entity. Keep your password and payout details secure, Anka Music Group (AMG) isn't liable for what happens through unauthorized logins, but we'll always help you recover and lock things down.
- What AMG does
Anka Music Group (AMG) delivers your music to streaming and download platforms, runs the label services layer around it (splits, sync, support), and pays royalties at the cadence each platform sends them to us.
- What AMG doesn't do
Sign you as an artist. Own your masters or publishing. Lock you into a long-term contract. If you want any of those, you want a different kind of company.
You own it. Anka Music Group (AMG) ships it.
- You own the work.
All rights to the music you upload, masters, publishing, performance, name and likeness, stay with you. Anka Music Group (AMG) doesn't acquire or claim ownership at any point.
- AMG's license
By uploading, you grant Anka Music Group (AMG) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to deliver your music to platforms and collect royalties on your behalf, for as long as your account is active. That's the minimum we need to work.
- Take-down
You can take down a release anytime from the dashboard or by email. Platforms usually remove within 3–7 days; some take longer for technical reasons we can't override.
- Catalog stays on the shelf, with conditions
Existing releases stay live even if you stop paying, that's the promise. Only three things bring them down: you request a takedown, the platform itself changes (shuts down, changes terms, etc.), or you breach the terms on your side. New releases need an active subscription. If you reactivate later, you pick up where you left off.
About the math, in writing.
- Subscription
Indie is free. Pro and Pro+ are billed annually at the prices shown on the pricing page when you sign up. Custom is negotiated per contract. Prices can change for new sign-ups; existing subscribers are honored at their original rate until the end of the current term.
- Royalties
Platforms pay Anka Music Group (AMG); AMG calculates your share per tier (75/90/100% depending on plan, or as agreed in the Custom contract) and pays it to the designated payout method. Cadence depends on the platform and minimum payout threshold.
- Refunds
Cancel anytime. Indie has nothing to refund. Pro and Pro+ refund pro-rata on the unused portion of the annual term. Custom contracts have refund terms specific to the deal. Refunds don't apply to commissions already earned on royalties, those are yours no matter what.
- Money disputes
If you think a payout is wrong, email us with the period and amount. We'll reconcile against platform reports and either explain or fix it within 14 days. We don't escalate to lawyers before talking first.

What you can't upload.
- Content that isn't yours.
Don't upload music you don't have rights to. Samples, beats, covers, AI-generated tracks built on someone else's work, all need clearance. If we get a takedown notice, we act; repeated violations end the account.
- Illegal or hateful content.
No content promoting violence, hate, terrorism, minor exploitation, or anything illegal in our jurisdiction or on the platforms. Platforms enforce this hard too; we'd rather you didn't learn that the painful way.
- Fraud.
No artificial streams, fake play counts, royalty laundering schemes, no using Anka Music Group (AMG) to launder someone else's catalog under your name. Detection is more sophisticated than people think; consequences include immediate suspension and clawback of fraudulent royalties.
- Service abuse.
Don't scrape our dashboard, don't try to extract other accounts' data, don't fire automated junk at the API. The system is small enough that we notice.
If we suspend an account, you get an email explaining why and what would un-suspend it. Most cases are misunderstandings about sample clearance or split agreements; they resolve in one conversation. Email hello@ankamusicgroup.com with the case ID from the email.
Endings, liability, and the fine print.
Cancellation by you.
Cancel from the dashboard or by email anytime. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle (or pro-rata refund on Pro/Pro+). Existing releases stay live on platforms; new releases stop. Data export is available for 90 days post-cancellation.
Suspension by us.
If you breach the acceptable use rules, Anka Music Group (AMG) can suspend or terminate the account. We email you the reason. For unintentional issues (a sample you didn't realize wasn't cleared), suspensions can be fixed with a conversation. For deliberate fraud, they can't.
Liability.
Services are provided as-is. Anka Music Group (AMG)'s total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages where law allows. This isn't to be funny, it's the standard guard that lets small companies exist.
Indemnity.
You're responsible for the rights in the content you upload. If Anka Music Group (AMG) is sued because of your content, you cover us. We'll involve you immediately and won't settle without your input where law allows.
Governing law & disputes.
These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes start with a good-faith email exchange. If that fails, mediation under Indonesian rules; if that fails, Jakarta courts. We'd much rather not get there.
Changes to terms.
We update this page when something changes. The Last-updated date shifts. Material changes, anything affecting price, ownership, or your rights, are emailed to active accounts at least 30 days before taking effect.
