AMG / ABOUT

Anka Music Group (AMG), no fluff.

Anka Music Group (AMG) is a distribution and label services company inside Anka Group. Built because artists shouldn't have to choose between owning their work and reaching platforms that pay. This page is the longer version of that sentence.

§ 01 · ORIGIN

The problem Anka Music Group (AMG) was built to solve.

Anka Music Group (AMG) didn't start as a distribution company. It started as a band in 2019, learning the industry from the wrong side of every cost structure. In 2020 the work moved to a video channel: building an audience, learning how rights systems actually work, watching where revenue flowed and where it quietly didn't. In 2021 the operation became Anka Entertainment, a music label developing artists end-to-end. In 2022 it incorporated as PT Anka Sembilan Delapan, because handling other people's careers on a handshake stopped making sense past a certain number. AMG launched in 2026 to do for outside artists what AE had been doing internally, without the label terms.

Through the streaming era, independent artists had two bad options. Sign to a label and trade masters for distribution. Or upload through an aggregator that paid okay but treated your catalog like a rental, keep paying or watch your releases disappear.

Anka Music Group (AMG) was built to cancel both at once. Distribution stays distribution. Royalties stay yours. The catalog stays on the shelf without an annual fee, comes down only if you ask. The model is a layered subscription, profit-share on entry tiers so anyone can start, and a flat annual fee on Pro+ where artists keep 100% of every stream. Either way, the incentive points one way: help you earn more, then step aside once you do.

This isn't a moral position. It's a business model that happens to be more honest than the alternative. The math works because we don't hold the catalog hostage to keep cash coming in, and because giving serious artists a 100% royalty option is cheaper long-term than skimming every stream forever.

§ 02 · POSITION

What Anka Music Group (AMG) is. What it isn't.

ISIt's a distributor.ISN'TIt's not a label.

Anka Music Group (AMG) delivers your music to every platform that pays, streaming, download, video, social. What it doesn't do: sign you, own your masters, or take a publishing cut. The relationship is service-for-fee, not ownership-for-leverage.

ISIt's a service platform.ISN'TIt's not a SaaS aggregator.

There's a dashboard, but there are also people. Splits, sync placement, royalty audits, the boring math, handled by humans who answer your email by name. Anka Music Group (AMG) is the opposite of a self-serve form routed to a chatbot.

ISIt's independent.ISN'TIt's not exclusive.

Your music can live elsewhere at the same time. No minimum contract, no exit fee, and no fine-print "territory carve-out." If Anka Music Group (AMG) stops earning value, you can leave that same day and your catalog stays in place.

§ 03 · STANDING ORDER

How Anka Music Group (AMG) actually runs.

01

Subscription, profit-share, or both.

Anka Music Group (AMG) operates on a layered model: free and lower tiers use a profit-share so any artist can start, while Pro+ runs on a flat annual subscription and passes 100% of royalties to the artist. You pick whichever math fits your scale; we don't push you to one.

02

The catalog isn't held hostage.

Releases stay live on platforms even if you stop paying, even if you change tiers. We don't delete catalogs when subscriptions lapse, that's a hostage tactic, not a business model. They only come down if you request a takedown, or if the platform itself changes.

03

Readable language.

Support email, dashboards, royalty statements, terms of service, all written like a person writing for another person. If a sentence needs a legal dictionary, we rewrite it until it doesn't.

04

Replies inside 24 hours.

Every email gets answered by a human within a day, usually faster. Urgent release issues get prioritized. No ticket numbers, no "your case has been escalated" templates, just someone at Anka Music Group (AMG) telling you what's happening.

§ 04 · NEXT

Convinced? Curious? Either is fine.

The pricing page has the math. The services page has the detail. The Anka Group page has the wider story. And the inbox stays open if nothing answers it.
