The data Anka Music Group (AMG) actually holds.
- Account info
Email, your name, and payout details you give us when subscribing. Nothing we don't ask for.
- Catalog data
Every track you upload, audio, metadata, split agreements, release schedules. This is what Anka Music Group (AMG) is paid to handle.
- Payment data
Card or bank details are handled by our payment processor, Anka Music Group (AMG) never sees the card number itself. We only see "charge succeeded / failed" and the last four digits.
- Usage data
Which dashboards you open, which buttons you click, where you drop off. Aggregated and anonymous, we're looking for product bugs, not for you personally.
- Newsletter email
If you sign up for the newsletter, that email lives in our newsletter system separate from your account. You can unsubscribe from any email; we don't guilt-trip.
Four reasons, all listed.
- Run distribution.
Your catalog data goes to the platforms you ask us to deliver to. Without this, Anka Music Group (AMG) can't work.
- Pay royalties.
Royalty reports from platforms come to Anka Music Group (AMG); we calculate the split and send the money to your payout account. Account and payment data are how the check finds you.
- Run the dashboard.
Usage data helps us figure out which features work and which are confusing. We use it to fix, not to grade you.
- Send the newsletter.
Newsletter email is used only for the newsletter. We don't cross-reference with your account, and we don't send marketing through it.
Three categories, no surprises.
- Music platforms
Every streaming and download platform you select for delivery. They receive your catalog data because that's the whole point, they're where your music goes.
- Payment processor
A regulated provider handles the actual card and bank flow. Anka Music Group (AMG) never touches raw payment details.
- Service providers
Hosting, support tooling, analytics, newsletter sender. They get the minimum data needed for the job and are bound by data protection contracts. None of them get to use your data for their own marketing.
We don't sell your data to advertisers. We don't share with sister brands in Anka Group unless you ask. We don't use it to train external AI models. This isn't aspirational, it's why the business model works without taking a royalty cut on Pro+.
What you can ask for.
Get a copy.
Email us and we send everything Anka Music Group (AMG) holds about you, account, catalog, royalty history, everything. We aim for under 14 days; usually faster.
Correct.
Wrong name, wrong split percentage, wrong payout account, tell us and we fix it. No forms, no escalation queue, just email.
Export.
Your catalog and splits export anytime from the dashboard. If you move to another distributor, we make this part easy on purpose.
Delete.
Email us and we delete your data. Narrow exception: records we have to keep for tax or royalty audit reasons under local law, we keep them only as long as needed and not a day longer.
